1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery (or other timeframe you choose).
Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all packaging, labels and tags intact.
Perishable items (if any) or items marked “Non-returnable” cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice).
2. How to Return

Package the item securely in its original wrapping and attach any return form or reference number provided.
Ship the item to the returns address we will provide once authorization is granted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the item and packaging.
We will then arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

For exchanges, you pay the outbound shipping cost for your new item unless stated otherwise.
6. Non-returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable software, custom or personalised items, perishable goods (foods, nuts, etc) once opened, may not be eligible for return.
Any product marked in the description as “Non-returnable” is excluded.
